About

The 2025 U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Nationwide Housing Satisfaction Survey is an opportunity for service members to share their opinions about their housing experience. Responses provide USCG leadership with insight into resident satisfaction and may be used by Congress to provide oversight and accountability. You may learn more by reading the My Coast Guard article announcing the 2025 Nationwide Housing Satisfaction Survey. Every response helps to strengthen the overall result of this effort by capturing the unique and varied experiences of tens of thousands of Coasties stationed around the world.

Taking the Survey

The 2025 U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Nationwide Housing Satisfaction Survey opens on 3 September 2025.

Active-duty USCG personnel should expect an email from donotreply@rdniehaus.com after the survey opens containing your unique survey link. If you do not receive an invitation within one week of the survey open date, please go to https://uscg-survey.rdniehaus.com/ and enter your information to re-send the invitation or submit a provisional survey response. Once we verify your eligibility, we will include your survey response in the official results. Only one response may be provided per household.

Impartial and Confidential

Personally identifiable information (PII) may be solicited prior to survey participation in order to confirm eligibility. PII will not be used to identify the participation status or responses of any individual. Only anonymized data will be provided to the Coast Guard.
